Diving training for Police specialists from the Police Rapid Response Unit (PPU) took place at the Orava dam during the last weeks of August. The entire event was organized by the PPU Žilina, but it also involved members from PPU Košice, Police Lynx Commando, 5th SF Regiment, River Police, and Special Rescue Service – RESCUE SLOVAKIA.
     The primary focus of the training was to enhance mutual cooperation and coordination among these different units and components. It aimed to foster collaboration between divers and boat operators, train for diving in conditions with limited visibility, and provide an opportunity for sonar search training.
